WebinarTray

WebinarTray

WebinarTray is your central toolkit inside the webinar room—a space where you can prepare and access all the content needed to deliver a smooth and engaging session. Whether it’s notes, slides, videos, polls, speaker bios, or more, everything lives in one easy-to-use interface, ready to go live with just one click.

This feature simplifies the workflow for both seasoned producers and new team members, helping ensure everything you need is exactly where you need it.

How to Create a WebinarTray

As a host, enter the webinar room and select "Start building your WebinarTray" from the left side of the screen. You can then add the following elements:

Note

Write and save quick notes in a tile, easily recognizable by their yellow color. Notes can be used for reminders, talking points, speaker instructions, or any important info you'd like to have handy during the session.

Video

Add videos directly from your Video Library. Once in the tray, click a video tile to start playback. The microphones of all speakers will automatically mute when a video starts. If you'd like to speak during or after the video, be sure to turn your microphone back on.

Slide

Upload and present slides instantly in the webinar room. Supported formats include .PDF, .PNG, and .JPEG.

Poll

From the Polls section on the right side of the screen, create a poll and then add it to the WebinarTray. Only one poll can be live at a time. You can choose to close it or keep it open after the session. Use the eye icon on a poll tile to display results live in the webinar room.

Handout

Add documents that attendees can download. You control when handouts become available by clicking Share on the handout tile.

Breaker

Use breakers to visually separate sections within your tray. You can rename a breaker (e.g., to define different chapters in the webinar) by clicking the three dots on the tile and selecting Edit.

TV Card

TV Cards provide a sleek way to show information directly in the webinar room. Several types are available:

  • Coming up – Show a short teaser or upcoming topic in the top corner.
  • Speaker – Display the name and title of one speaker.
  • Speakers – Present an overview of all webinar speakers.
  • Webinar Info - Gives an overview of the webinar description with its hero image
  • Go on Camera - Audience members will be prompted to ask to go on camera, the host approve people upon they are allowed to enter in the Webinar Room

💡 Tip: Save time by turning your WebinarTray into a template. You can reuse your layout, assets, and structure across future webinars. Read more about templates here.

With WebinarTray, everything you need for a smooth, professional webinar is right at your fingertips.
