Understanding webinar analytics and attendance data
The Webinar Analytics tab in TwentyThree provides key insights into your webinar’s performance, helping you track engagement and attendance. The analytics are divided into three sections: Total, Live, and On-Demand.
Key Analytics
Total
The Total tab provides an overview of the webinar's performance from the moment it was created up until the present. This section helps you assess the effectiveness of your conversion process by showing:
- Page Views – The number of times the webinar registration page has been viewed.
- Conversion Rate – The percentage of registrations compared to total page views.
- Registrants – The total number of people who registered for the webinar.
- Webinar Engagement – Data on how actively participants engaged with the webinar.
Live
The Live tab contains analytics up until the webinar went live. It provides:
- Attendance Graph – A real-time visualization of attendance during the live session.
- Engagement Statistics – Insights into how participants interacted during the live event.
On-Demand
The On-Demand tab tracks webinar performance after the live session, displaying:
- Viewership Trends – A breakdown of how many people watched the webinar on demand over time.
- Engagement Metrics – Data on how long attendees watched and how they interacted with the content.
Funnel and Audience Breakdown
The funnel provides a visual representation of the Conversion and Attendance Rates, helping you assess how effective your promotional efforts were.
The audience breakdown helps you understand how well you attracted new leads and first-time viewers, as well as the strength of your existing lead base.
Engagement
The engagement board gives a quick overview of how many incoming messages and questions were received during the webinar.
For a more detailed look at attendee engagement, the Engagement tab provides insights into poll results, handout downloads, questions, and chat messages received throughout the webinar.
Ranking
Ultimately, you can see how this webinar performed in comparison with your previous webinars. Was this the best-performing webinar? Great! Think about why you were able to attract so many viewers before the event and why the webinar itself was so engaging.
