Webinar registration through HubSpot
When setting up your webinar registration flow you are not limited to using TwentyThree’s registration pages and Collectors. You can easily use HubSpot workflow to collect registrations from HubSpot forms landing pages and embeddable collectors. In this tutorial, we will walk you through how to set up your workflow.
To begin with, you will have to connect your TwentyThree account with HubSpot, here is a tutorial on how.
1. Create a new workflow in HubSpot. Start by setting the enrollment trigger (for example a form submission).
2. Add a new action. Scroll to the bottom and find “Sign up for webinar” in the Integrations section. On the next prompt, you can choose between existing webinars in a dropdown or search for a specific webinar title.
3. The final result should look something like this:
IMPORTANT NOTE: When doing this registrants will still receive emails from TwentyThree - if you prefer using HubSpot for webinar emails, you will need to disable emails for the webinar in TwentyThree. Ideally you should keep the last reminder email active, so registrants will receive an email with a link to the webinar as that includes a payload which avoids the registrants having to sign up again.
