Scoring Your Audience Based on TwentyThree Activities with HubSpot

Using HubSpot Score to Qualify Your Audience Based on TwentyThree Activities

HubSpot’s Score function allows you to evaluate and score your audience based on their interactions within TwentyThree. This makes it possible to assign scores to specific activities, events, or actions your audience takes, helping you prioritize leads and better understand engagement.

How to Access the HubSpot Score Function

To set up the HubSpot Score function, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to HubSpot Settings: In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.

2. Access Properties: In the left sidebar, go to Properties.

3. Find HubSpot Score: Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate the HubSpot Score property or a custom score property, and click on its name.

4. Set Scoring Criteria: In the score property, click Add Criteria in the Positive or Negative sections to define the actions that will add or subtract points from the score.

Examples of Scoring Criteria Based on TwentyThree Activities

The examples below are provided as suggestions, and we encourage you to adapt the scoring system to the specific needs and priorities of your company. Additionally, you can find a full list of data available in HubSpot here.

1. Scoring Based on Webinar Activity

You can score leads based on their participation in webinars. Use the identifiers for webinars and attendance type fields to track who has attended and assign higher scores to users who have participated in live or on-demand webinars.

    2. Scoring Based on Total Video Engagement

Assign scores to users based on their total video engagement. Set custom thresholds to segment leads based on the time they’ve spent watching videos. If you want to be more specific, you can limit this to videos with particular tags, so only relevant videos contribute to the score.

       3. Scoring Based on Collector Activity

You can add points to users who have accepted the marketing opt-in in your TwentyThree collectors. This helps you track and prioritize users who have explicitly shown interest in your content.

      4. Increase Score When Users Click on Emails

Assign additional points when users click on links in emails, especially those sent as part of a webinar campaign. This is a useful way to track audience interest and can be customized for specific webinars.

By integrating HubSpot Score with TwentyThree activities, you can create a more targeted approach to engaging your audience and building stronger customer relationships.
