Importing webinar attendees
If you already have a list of participants who wish to join your webinar—perhaps from in-person registrations or other collection methods—you can easily import these registrants into TwentyThree using a CSV file. Follow these steps:
- Open the webinar in question.
- Navigate to Attendees > Import Attendees.
- From this page, select your CSV file and proceed with the upload.
Preparing the CSV File
To ensure a smooth import process, the CSV file must adhere to a specific format. The column names are case-sensitive and must match the required format exactly. We recommend using the provided templates to avoid issues:
- A simple example file serves as a minimal template to get started.
- A full example file includes all possible fields for comprehensive data.
Alternatively, you can manually copy and use the necessary column names from the system.
Import Process and Confirmation
Once the CSV file is uploaded, TwentyThree will automatically check for duplicate registrations, ensuring no attendee is added twice. No data will be imported until you confirm the full list.
Important Notes on Imported Registrants
Imported participants are treated the same as those who sign up via the webinar's landing page. For instance, they will receive all relevant emails such as registration confirmations, webinar reminders, and post-webinar follow-ups. This feature ensures a seamless integration of pre-collected attendee data into your webinar workflow.
