Exporting Webinar Attendance Statistics in TwentyThree

After your webinar, you may need to download attendance statistics for use in your CRM, marketing automation system, or BI tool. With TwentyThree Webinars, you can easily export these statistics as a CSV file, allowing for seamless integration with most data tools.

How to Download Attendance Statistics

To export attendance data:

  1. Navigate to the Attendance tab of your webinar event.
  2. Click the Export Attendees button.
  3. Save the CSV file to your device.


Understanding the Exported Data

The exported file contains multiple columns with detailed attendee information. Below is a breakdown of the key metrics and their meanings:
