Evaluate your webinar engagement

Webinars allow you to interact with your audience in multiple ways—through chats, questions, polls, and handouts. The Engagement Tab serves as the central hub for analyzing and evaluating audience participation during your webinar. You can access it from your webinar’s main page, just below the title and hero image.

Engagement Overview

The Engagement section provides a summary of key engagement statistics, including:

  • The number of chat messages and questions submitted.
  • The total poll votes cast.
  • The number of file downloads from handouts.

Polls

The Polls section displays all polls conducted during your webinar. For each poll, you can view:

  • The total number of votes and the breakdown of responses.
  • Individual voters by clicking "View" next to each option, which redirects you to the Audience section with pre-filtered results.
  • A downloadable CSV file containing full poll statistics by clicking the download icon at the top.

Handouts

The Handouts section lists all files shared during the webinar, along with:

  • The number of times each file was downloaded.
  • The ability to view individual downloaders by clicking "View" next to each file.
  • An option to export full handout statistics as a CSV file.

Questions

In the Questions section, you can review all questions submitted during the webinar, including:

  • The name and email address of each person who asked a question.
  • A downloadable CSV file with all submitted questions.

Chat

The Chat section provides a full transcript of all chat messages exchanged during the webinar, including:

  • The name and email address of each participant.
  • A downloadable CSV file containing the entire chat history.

By leveraging the Engagement Tab, you can gain valuable insights into audience participation, helping you refine and optimize future webinars for better interaction and engagement.
