Customize Experience: Webinar Room
The webinar room is an essential part of the webinar experience for both you and your audience. It is where all interactions take place, making it crucial to ensure a seamless and branded experience. The Room Designer allows you to customize colors and logos, helping the webinar room feel like a natural extension of your brand.
This guide will walk you through how to access and use the Room Designer to make your webinar room unique to your organization’s identity. If you're looking to enhance other aspects of the webinar experience, such as the registration page or the waiting and end screens, make sure to check out our guides on customizing the registration page and customizing before and after the webinar.
Accessing the Room Designer
To customize the design of your webinar room, follow these steps:
- Go to Customize Experience in one of your Webinars.
- Click the green arrow in the top-right corner to open the Customize sidebar.
- Select the Webinar Room tab.
The design changes you apply in this sidebar will automatically apply to all webinars, both on-demand and live, so there is no need to adjust settings for each individual webinar. For details on setting up your Waiting Room and End Experience, refer to this article.
Chat and Questions
This section allows you to toggle the availability of chat and questions in your webinar. These settings can be adjusted per webinar:
- Chat is visible to all attendees.
- Questions are visible only to the webinar host.
Customizing the Webinar Room
In the Webinar Room section, you can either select one of the predefined color schemes or create your own. When customizing, you can use the color picker or enter a hex color code for precise branding. Changes will autosave, allowing you to preview the modifications instantly. If the customization sidebar obstructs your view, close it by clicking the arrow at the top.

Tabs

Logo
Your logo will appear in the upper left corner of the webinar’s video stream. For best results:
- Use a transparent background.
